This is a Private trust formed by Mr. Chakrapani Ranganathan and his wife Mrs. Sabitha Ranganathan and registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882. Mr. Ranganathan is the Managing trustee and his wife is trustee secretary. Main purpose is to promote and financially support Charitable activities. 

The Trustees are located in Chennai, India.

The Trust does not accept any donations from the public either in cash or kind. All activities are funded by the trustees themselves.

However the trust plans to distribute Hindu religious books and literature for a nominal charge in future through online which again will be used for charitable purposes.
